A little planning helps us make your bakes fresh. Here’s how the ordering week usually works.
When do I need to order?
Our usual order deadline is Wednesday for Saturday pickup or local delivery. Dates can change, so the shop shows the exact cutoff and available bake dates when you order.
Where can I collect my order?
Pickup is in Lake Hāwea. Choose an available collection time at checkout. CASA will share the exact collection location directly.
Where do you deliver, and how much is it?
Community delivery usually runs on Saturday morning in Lake Hāwea, Wānaka, Albert Town and Luggate. The fee depends on your delivery town and the value of your bakes. Choose an area at checkout to see the current rate bands and your exact fee before payment. Pickup is always free.
Can I order for a special occasion?
Yes. Send a custom order enquiry for cakes, catering, Airbnb welcome packs, and other ideas. We’ll confirm the details and quote before you commit.
Can you cater for allergies or dietary needs?
Please ask us about ingredients and allergens before placing an order. We’ll let you know what we can safely make.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact CASA as soon as possible with your order number. Changes depend on how close we are to the bake and what has already been prepared.
